Heating Instructions: Pierce the top plastic cover. Heat from frozen in a microwave at a high setting for 6 minutes. Remove top cover, stir contents and place again in microwave for a further 2 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Let product stand for 1 minute before consuming.
